the post harvest research center of agricultural products, institute of biotechnology and food science, hebei academy of agricultural and forestry sciences, has been committed to the research and development of storage, preservation, processing and logistics transportation technology of the main fruits in northern china. at present, the institute is undertaking the china agriculture research system of mof and mara, and has rich experience in research and promotion.
we warmly welcome collaborators of oversea countries to join our research program. the aim of cooperation is to make use of the advanced fruit processing technology, material metabolism and molecular biology research to carry out in-depth analysis of fruit nutrition and mining the components of fruit nutrients and functional substances such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and anti-cancer functional components, to conduct joint rd of intensive processing technology to reduce the loss of nutrients during storage and processing and to maintain the nutritional value of fruits to the greatest extent.
