on september 17, 2019, deputy president ren zizhong of chengde academy of agriculture and forestry science visited the institute of plant protection with a delegation of 3 people for work exchange. the two sides had talks on the laboratory building, construction of basic and long-term observation station, research management and implementation, and discussed the existing problems and possible solutions as well.
